All our moulds are multi-cavity, ranging from 1 - 96 cavities, with all inserts interchangeable and hardened up to 50/52 hrc (material- stavax, orvar supreme etc.) Our main plates are also pre-hardened material (p-20, ramax grade) surface treated (anti- corrosion) for rust prevention. In addition, treatments like nitriding and Pvd coating are offered on inserts so that our customers can run the moulds on very low cycle time. Our balanced cooling and use of materials like beryllium copper Also plays a significant role in reducing the cycle time. Rigorous trial runs ensure our customers achieve optimized cycle time and understand the correct functioning of the mould.
These processes guarantee our moulds to perform at least a million shots without the need of an overhaul. Customer support is always present to take care of unfrozen circumstances and exigencies. Caps and closure moulds are our core competency, but so is our specialization in different types of moulds in the field of injection moulding.
